Morning sickness relief
January 13th, 2010 | By adminI did not understand why they call it morning sickness. If you ask me, it all day every day of illness. For many of us, with nausea and vomiting reflections of morning sickness is the hardest part, she's pregnant. Fortunately, there are a lot of easy and natural ways to improve the way you feel, without hurting the child. Here are some of my preferred method to relieve morning sickness.
Small meals spread throughout the day. This way your stomach isnever completely empty, which helps prevent excessive stomach acid. Small meals will also ensure that you eat too much at once, which can also make you feel bad.
Drink plenty of water. Take a glass or a bottle with you at all times and sip throughout the day. Water is very important for overall health and wellness for both you and your child. It will also dilute any stomach acid so as to keep you sick.
Take your prenatal vitamin rightBefore going to sleep at night. Mine used to make me really bad, even if I had taken with a full meal. Take them out at night, just before going to bed, I was allowed to sleep before you start bad. Take them with a snack, like a bowl of cereal or a couple of biscuits and cheese.
Ginger and peppermint, both to help with nausea. Wear a pause of a few candied ginger or ginger with you. Munch on it when they feel the first signs of morning sickness. Bring some candy or minttires. For serious cases of sickness in the morning, a cup of mint tea always helped me. It might be worth groped.
